Applicants to the Bachelor of Science in the nursing program should have completed 12 years of elementary and secondary education as a minimum academic requirement. Advanced standing credit is also considered on a case by case basis for applicants coming from Cambridge or International Baccalaureate programs.
- High School Diploma
- Three (3) or more passes in CAPE
- Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC)
- 5 GCE ‘O’ Level
- CXC Level (1, 2, or 3)
Compulsory Subjects include;
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology or Integrated Science
Post Baccalaureate:
Advanced Standing admission is granted to qualified candidates who already have a Bachelor’s or higher degree and are looking for a change in career. Such candidates will be provided a course validation and credit for subject and duration already completed and would not be required to start at the entry-level.
